We all make mistakes as we are human and we learn from them and others also can learn from our mistakes.

I think its important 'Not to look for the lesson!', but instead 'Look for the Gift' in the situation. No matter how big the mistake is, you can find some gift (positive thing), about it, then it turns it all around and all remains positive and we can relax and enjoy!

With the current market conditions many banks are "tight" with their money and are not loaning money to everyone like they used to. Businesses suck, well, I can't argue that. More and more it seems businesses are out to generate as much money as they can for their CEO and their retirement account.

Thanks for tip 4 - set a dollar value on your time! I owned a business for years and thought I was doing OK, but when I analyzed the company I was working insane hours and if I had set a dollar value for my time I would have realized I'd make a ton more working for someone else than owning my own business!
